For your convenience, there is a monthly all-access fee in addition to your rent that covers your water, sewer, trash, preventative pest control, internet service, and liability insurance for a low monthly amount. This limited liability policy insures some damage to the apartment, but renters' insurance is also strongly recommended. 

The all-access fee is $70 for a studio, $85 for a one-bedroom, and $95 for a two-bedroom apartment home.
